# Physical Install

Connect the camera, the network and power in three steps.

## Step 1: Connect the camera

Plug the camera into one of the IPC's PoE ports.

## Step 2: Connect to your network

Use an Ethernet cable to connect the IPC to your local network.

## Step 3: Power up

Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet and power up the IPC.
